Framing

An original fine art print framed by us guarantees you of acquiring an original artwork with impeccable finish, as well as good protection of the print in order to maximise its lifespan. We are pleased to offer a choice of different types of frames and finish, satisfying all styles of interiors, from the modern apartment in the city to the wooden chalet in the mountains. The materials used for our frames have been carefully chosen to meet museum and gallery standards in order to ensure the best protection and longevity of your precious investment.

Print mounted on Dibond

For this type of framing, the original print is produced on fine art matte paper (Hahnemühle) and then cold-mounted onto a Dibond sheet. Dibond is a 3mm-thick composite material with three layers. Two white-coated aluminium plates enclose a black polyethylene core. Viewed from the sides, the material appears black. This lightweight, extremely stable support has become a standard in the world of fine art photography, and is ideal for large-format images. An aluminium frame, also known as an inset frame, not visible from the front, is fixed to the back in order to reinforce the whole Dibond sheet and make it easy to hang on the wall with just two (or three for very large formats) screws. So when your artwork is hung on the wall, it seems to float, giving it a very elegant, modern look.

The matte art paper chosen gives a unique view of the artwork without any reflections, so it can be appreciated from all angles and in all types of light.

The combination of paper and pigment inks used for the print, as well as all the materials used for the framing, have been carefully chosen for their archival qualities, guaranteeing that your artwork will last for up to 100 years.

Matte laminated print
mounted on Dibond

For this type of framing, the original print is made on matte fine art paper and then laminated with a matte finish. Once laminated, the print is mounted onto a Dibond sheet.

The advantage of lamination is that it protects the print from the ambient air and any damage it may cause (damp, insects, etc.), which could reduce its lifespan. The high-quality protective film used is so thin and transparent that your image remains intact. The matte finish prevents any reflections, so you can appreciate the artwork from all angles and in all types of light.
